Classes are disciplined, safe, and structured to accomplish the program objectives. We teach traditional Tang Soo Do (Korean karate) along with sophisticated and powerful self-defense techniques. It’s always preferable to deescalate and walk away if possible.
We emphasize control in training and have never had an injury more serious than a slightly sprained ankle. Our, age-appropriate methods, have proven to enhance physical and emotional development.
